Sudah Kurangkan Makan...Tapi Saya Masih Begini Lagi..... :(




48.6 untuk mendapat berat badan yang ideal????

ah..entah bile....

tapi ada kawan aku telah hilang sebanyak 16 kg dalam masa 3 bulan dengan diet yang disarankan oleh doctor....

nak tau ape menu diet beliau??

HIGH PROTEIN DIET

TO AVOID SUGAR(CAKES,SOFT DRINKS,FRUITS,KUIH)
OILY/DEEP FRIED,CARBOHYDRATES(RICES,NOODLES,BISCUITS,
BREADS)...
NO ICE/COLD WATER...LESS SALTY
BREAKFAST ONE CUP OF SKIM MILK LOW FAT MILK
1 OR 2 HARD BOILED EGG OR SCRAMBLE EGG OR 3 SAUSAGES

DRINK ONE LARGE GLASS OF WATER

LUNCH ANY AMOUNT OF VEGETABLE OR SALAD WITH NO DRESSING OR
YONG TOW FOO OR STEAM CHICKEN OR FISH BALL SOUP


DRINK ONE LARGE GLASS OF WATER

DINNER NO LIMIT OF VEGETABLES (STIR FRIED IS OK),STEAM BEANCURD
WITH CHICKEN OR GRILL FISH OR LEAN MEAT OR VEGETABLES
SOUP
YOU ARE ADVISED TO HAVE YOU DINNER AT 3 HOURS BEFORE YOUR BED TIME

DINNER CHICKEN / FISH PORRIDEGE OR FISH BALL NOODLE SOUP OR WANTON
NOODLE SOUP/DRY OR NO LIMIT OF VEGETABLES OR YONG TOW FOO
ONE APPLES OR ORANGE OR 1 SLIDE OF GUAVA OR 1 SLIDE OF PAPAYA.


::macam mane aku nak ikot diet neh...kalau nak baca pon malas....::
